Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum (found in most grocery stores)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Step 1
A medium bowl would be enough for mixing almond flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. So take it and whisk them all together.
Then, take another bowl. There, mix olive oil and almond milk. And pour the ingredients into dry ingredients, and stir to make a soft dough out of it.
If your dough gets sticky, don’t worry. You just have to add a little more almond flour to the tablespoon to make it easier to work with.
Step 2
Now, heat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Put parchment paper on a baking sheet and take small pickles of dough. And roll them into long ropes (6-8 inches). And tie each rope into a knot, then put them on the baking sheet.
Step 3
Mix melted butter and minced garlic and brush the tops of each knot with the mixture. After that, mix mozzarella and Parmesan cheese in a separate bowl and sprinkle them on the knots.
Step 4
